The photo was taken at Gullfoss Waterfall in Iceland at midmorning on a cloud day after a freeze overnight.  Temp was about 60 degrees.  This a 6 shot Panoram.  Lense was at 18mm, Aperture was F/9, exposure 1/80 sec, with ISO 800.  Camera set for Aperture priority.  You can only use an automatic mode for panorama's if the light is uniform.  With sunlight you must us manual. Post done in Lightroom.
