This was taken in Nicaragua as I was shooting a team training local midwives how to get newborns breathing within one minute of birth. This is one of 3 teams I covered as volunteer photographer this June for Gundersen Health Systems Global Partners. Light was a challenge. I used a flash and handled hot spots with Lightroom.
