Maker's notes:
Image shot with my Canon 7D Mark II after dark on Pearl Street La Crosse. In order to get stars on the lights it was shot at in Manual mode at f/18. This an HDR image based on 3 exposures ranging for 2 - 4 seconds. Wide angle 18 mm lens. ISO-800. Black and White conversion done in Elements 13 using the Gradient Map technique with Red Channel boosted.
