Nice effect; subject is more about the horse and carriage than the street; horse needs a little more room to move

I used Nik Color Efex Pro 4 and Topaz Simplify 4: Oil Painting II The settings for the original photo were: ISO 100; f/13; 1/60sec.; 18mm with my Canon 7D.
