This image was created in camera at the Rotary Lights shoot. Camera was set to Manual. ISO 100 for minimum noise, exposure was 13 seconds, at f/22 and mounted on a tripod. Effect was done by slowly zooming my 18-135mm Canon lens from 135 down to 18mm during the 13 second exposure. Some processing done in Lightroom for higher contrast and Photoshop to clone out unwanted lights.
