Costa Rica has many beautiful birds, but this is one of the most beautiful. I consider myself lucky to have been this close to this lovely creature. They build their nests in the ground--some "natives" call them "Dumb Birds". However, they are actually smart as the hot weather and warm earth act to incubate the eggs and they hatch quicker.
