This image was taken of Pikes Peak in Colorado from the Garden of the Gods. I did not have my tripod so it was hand held. It was a chance catch as the scene was completely different 3 minutes later. My zoom lens was set to 22mm. The dynamic range of the scene was very high so I set the camera on aperture priority mode and bracketed it +/- 1 stop. I used the -1 image from the original f/22 I had chosen. With ISO 800 the camera choose a shutter speed of 1/1600 sec. Final image is a crop of the original.
