Good white balance; nice colors; greens are a little soft; suggest a cutting board or a different presentation
Maker's notes:
While preparing our family's Christmas dinner I thought about the red meat, green herbs and spices, white fatty portion and silver baking pan all being prime colors of the Christmas season.
