This image was shot on a recent trip to London.  I waited until about 30 minutes before sunset to shoot.  Camera was set on aperture priority at f/11 for depth of field.  Zoom lens was set at 18mm.  ISO set at 800.  Camera was handheld.  Shutter speed was set by camera at 1/320 sec.  Processing done in Lightroom and Photoshop CC.  Photoshop blue filter used on the sky.  Printed on Canon Pro 100 printer in B&W.
