This image was captured side-by-side with hundreds of other photographers during a sunrise at Lake Louise. However, while they were all shooting the mountains at the end of the lake (a shot I'm sure I'll enter in a later competition) I ended up turning the other direction as I really enjoyed the way the rising sun was hitting the bright yellow and orange trees on the mountain which loomed over the boathouse.
