Image was shoot in Perrot State Park in February 2020.  Camera was in Aperture Priority Mode set at f/8 so I could use ISO 100 for lowest noise and get a high shutter speed since camera was hand held.  Resulting shutter speed was 1/400 second. Post was done in Lightroom Classic, Oil Painting effect was done in Photoshop CC using multiple lays to create different brush strokes in different parts of the image.  Print was made on a Canon Pro9000 Mark II printer.
