Much detail in the Milky Way; no noise; the light in the foreground is very cool and does not quite match the night sky

This image was shot at the cemetery south of La Crosse.  It was shot with my 7D Mark ii and a Canon 10mm lens set at f/3.5.   Camera set in Manual and tripod mounted.  ISO-4000, 20 second exposure.  Noise reduction done in Topaz Noise AI.  Other processing done in Lightroom.
