This image was shot in my home studio using a potted Daffodil.  Lit with a single light set to 5500K to simulate sunlight.  Camera was mounted and tripod about 12 inches from the flower.  Camera setting were ISO 400, f/16, 1/6 second, in manual mode. 18- 135mm Canon zoom was set to 92mm.   Because depth of field was so short, then final photo is 6 focus stacked images aligned and merged in Photoshop CC.  Photoshop was not able to merge them automatically, so each photo was masked for its sharpest area.
