This image was shot during a trip to the Netherlands during tulip season.  The cameras (Canon 60D) was handheld with an 18-135mm zoom lens set to119mm.  Camera was in Aperture Priority mode set to f/16, ISO-800, which resulted in a shutter speed of 1/200 second.  Editing was done in Lightroom and Photoshop CC.  The Oil Painting filter was used make it look painted.
