Judges' comments:
Depth of field separates lizard from the background; tail is nice leading line; like seeing the entire tail; the wood it is on is interesting as well
Maker's notes:
This image was shot in Zion National Park, Utah about mid day. Shot with my Canon 7D Mark II and a Canon 18-135 Zoom. Camera was in Aperture Priority Mode set to f/13, ISO-800. this resulted in an exposure time of 1/800 second. Lens was set at 135mm and hand held.
