Fundamentals: Image Evaluation Techniques

A great way to refresh your photo evaluation skills before the first competition in October. 

Main program: Guest speaker Jamie Heiden

Local professional photographer Jamie Heiden will bring in some of her work and talk through her background and present her process from shooting through post followed by an open dialog session with questions.

  • Introductions
  • Sue's presentation on what makes a good image

Business meeting:

  • Info on entering the competition on the website
  • Submissions due Sunday
  • November 12th questions about your camera. Let Brian know if you can be a brand expert. Also need cell phone photography experts.
  • Park and rec event volunteer shoots. Also looking for a cover photo.
  • Brian will be in Iceland next meeting. Steve will run the meeting.
  • Second meeting in October will be a shoot elsewhere.
  • Kristi gave treasury update.
  • Mary Ann gave report on N4C submissions.
  • Kristi has info on the January project.
  • Sue needs judges.
