Hello LACC folks!
Austin here. It was another great year, and if you're anything like me you're probably looking forward to getting out to shoot and enjoy the nice weather this summer! As our club year comes to a close, I had a few quick topics I wanted to send out to you all:
First, just as a reminder for those of you who signed up for attending the year end banquet, it's this Friday, 6/17 out at Drugan's Castle Mound Restaurant (W7665 Sylvester Rd, Holmen, WI 54636) at 5:30 PM for Social Time and 6:00 PM for Dinner. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Second, being new to this whole president thing, if you have any feedback on the club, please feel free to send it my way! Whether it's things you have really enjoyed, things you would like to see added or improved, or if you just feel like telling me I got a terrible haircut, my email is [removed - contact here] and I'd love to hear it! The club board and committee members will be meeting throughout the summer to plan our meetings for the next year, so if something is on your mind it's a great time to reach out.
Lastly, I recently pulled the trigger on a camera upgrade, and will be moving from Canon to the world of Sony. What does this mean for you? I have gear for sale! I'll list it below, if you're interested in anything feel free to reach out at my email above. I already had too much stuff before I made this questionable decision. Please help. All lenses are EF mount and are compatible with a full frame sensor.
