Riverside Park is a large park between the Mississippi River and downtown La Crosse. One section has a large green area that's great for picnics. The other section has a driving loop that takes you past the river. There is a permanent band shell that hosts concerts. At the far north end is the Riverside International Friendship Gardens towards the east and the La Crosse Queen's dock towards the west.

Around the July 4th holiday, the park hosts Riverfest. From Thanksgiving to January 1 each year, it is decorated with millions of lights for the Rotary Lights display.
