All entries, both digital and print, need to be entered into the website. For projected entries, the image file is used for judging. For prints, the image file is used as a reference and for display in the competition gallery.
If at all possible, please submit your own entries via the website otherwise someone (generally the judging chair) will need to do it for you. If you don't have access to the internet, you can drop off your images at the same place as prints.
Steps:
- Make sure you are a currently paid member.
- Prepare images for entry.
- Submit on the website (or use alternative drop-off option).
- Drop off prints, if any.
